I am a born and raised Northern BC outdoor enthusiast. Passionate about healthcare in British Columbia, I support system-wide improvements, foster inclusive leadership, and help drive strategic initiatives that enhance patient care and organizational resilience. With over 15 years of experience across emergency response, dispatch, and healthcare management, I bring a grounded and values-based approach to leadership, one rooted in compassion, accountability, and collaboration.

Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to challenging the status quo, building trust across teams and communities, and embedding equity into operations. I’m currently pursuing my MBA with a focus on strategic management and ethical leadership, continually working to grow in service of others.
